The home is set up for small and big kids. We are less than 3 miles from downtown Ellijay at the base of the Appalachian Mountains. Perfect location to go hiking, mountain biking, river tubing, shopping, site seeing, local wine tasting or to spend fall days picking apples at nearby orchards.

The space
Less than 3 miles from downtown Ellijay with a hot tub. "Stay Awhile" couldn’t be more perfect for a family retreat or weekend reunion with friends looking to relax! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a large yard and room to spread out.

STAIRS:
3 Stairs to get on the front porch. 3 Stairs to enter through the side porch.
PETS:
Pet-friendly with $50 pet fee (paid pre-trip, dogs only, max 2 allowed)
All dogs must be house-trained and over 18 months old.
You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone, and to pick up after them in the yard.
SMOKING:
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames.
TRASH:
There is a black trash can on the side of the house. Housekeeping will take away at checkout. If staying for an extended stay or have a lot of trash, we ask that guests take trash to Gilmer Landfill Scale House (less than 2 miles from home). It costs a $1 per bag to drop off. Cash only.
MOTORCYCLES:
Yes and we have parking for your trailers. Roads are all paved except the last 1/4 of a mile which is hard packed gravel. Our concrete driveway slopes up and levels off at the top to plenty of flat parking.
GUEST ACCESS:
Home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac of a local neighborhood. It is within 5 minutes to downtown and about 10 minutes to the local Walmart.
Home is on a privately maintained road that is gravel for less than half a mile.
CHECKING IN/OUT:
Check in - 3 p.m. on check-in date
Check out - 10 a.m. on check-out date
CANCELLATIONS:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date.
