INDOOR LIVING:

The main floor of the log cabin has a bedroom with queen bed and large windows to wake up to mountain views. There is also a bathroom and open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Upstairs has the master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom and walkout porch to take in the views. There is also a bonus room with a full size bed. The bonus room is perfect for kids or young adults as it does have very low ceilings and the bed sits on the floor.

STAIRS:

2 stairs to get on the front porch and enter home. Stairway to get upstairs. There is a bedroom & bath on the main floor. Upstairs bed with private bath.

PETS:

• Pet-friendly with $50 pet fee (paid pre-trip, dogs only, max 2 allowed) 

• All dogs must be house-trained and over 18 months old.  

• You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone, and to pick up after them in the yard.  
  

SMOKING:

No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames.

TRASH:

Trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans made available on the property. If trash cans are full beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station. Advanced Disposal: 44-51, Blue Ridge, Ga 30513

MOTORCYCLES:

We do not recommend Motorcycles due to the gravel roads unless you are competent on adventure or enduro style bikes.

ROADS:

The roads in the community are mountain roads and are part of the experience. If you are not use to them, the first time might be a little intimidating but then they become part of the adventure. They change every day depending on the weather. While we commute these road with a front wheel drive minivan, we recommend a large SUV or 4wheel drive for the added ease. The cabin is 2.1 miles off the main highway 515. The first 1.1 miles is paved, the last 1 mile is gravel with a couple switchbacks. Total 2.1 mile trip from 515 should take about 10-15min to get to the house.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guest will be provided the lock box code a few days prior to check-in. Contactless check-in provided.

CHECKING IN/OUT:

Check in - 3 p.m. on check-in date 

Check out - 10 a.m. on check-out date

CANCELLATIONS:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not be refunded.
