This home has a split heating and air conditioning unit. As an extra, we also have a small electric oil-filled heater and a portable fan, in addition to a wood-burning fireplace and ceiling fans.

STAIRS:
3 stairs to get on the front porch. Tight stairs going up to loft area.
PETS:
Pet-friendly with $50 pet fee (paid pre-trip, dogs only, max 2 allowed)
All dogs must be house-trained and over 18 months old.
You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone, and to pick up after them in the yard.
SMOKING:
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/open flames.
TRASH:
Trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans made available on the property. If trash cans are full beyond capacity during your stay, it is your responsibility to remove additional trash and dispose at a local reciprocal trash station. Advanced Disposal: 44-51, Blue Ridge, Ga 30513. Less than $1 per bag.
MOTORCYCLES:
Not recommended due to gravel roads unless you are competent and drive an adventure or enduro style bike.
ROADS:
The roads in the community are mountain roads and are part of the experience. If you are not use to them, the first time might be a little intimidating but then they become part of the adventure. They change every day depending on the weather. While we commute these road with a front wheel drive minivan, we recommend a large SUV or 4-wheel drive for the added ease. The cabin is ~1.1 miles off the main highway 515. The first 0.8 miles is paved, the last 0.3 miles is gravel with a couple uphill switchbacks. Total 1.1 mile trip from 515 should take about 5-10min to get to the cabin.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have pest control come and spray every quarter, however, the cabin is in the woods so you may see some bugs during your stay.
CHECKING IN/OUT:
Check in - 3 p.m. on check-in date
Check out - 10 a.m. on check-out date
CANCELLATIONS:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in date.
