When I was a little girl my favorite past time was playing hotel and restaurants. Even as a preteen I would cook and serve my family as if they had entered my bed and breakfast. I went to college and started down that career path but soon found out it was a lot of night and weekend work and did not leave time for family and friends. So, I got out and went a different direction.

Chad and I started investing in real estate when we were in college. We continued when we got out but it was all pushed to the side as we started full-time jobs and life took over. Once our children got here we knew we needed to make a change and that we wanted more time with them. That was our push to get back into real estate investments.

We stumbled across a property that soon became our first short-term rental and it was that magic click. My passion for hospitality and real estate could finally work together and it has been so much fun. My full-time job now allows me more time to spend with our children, with a flexible schedule.

Chad and I have put a lot of love into each one of these homes that at one time were somewhat forgotten. We are constantly trying to make them better so you can have the best experience possible.
